Frequently Asked Questions

How fast is the instant/same-day delivery? +
For Hourly, Double, and Half-day plans, your edited reels are rendered, optimized, and delivered directly to your Google Drive on the exact same day of the shoot session.
Is a booking deposit required? +
Yes, a 50% advance booking deposit is required to lock in your shoot date and slot on our calendar. The remaining balance is completed upon project completion.
Do you cover travel fees for locations? +
Our team is fully mobile. However, all actual travel and accommodation expenses outside of our home radius must be covered by the client.
Are raw unedited files shared? +
Our brand promise relies on delivering strictly premium, fully corrected, and completed cinematic master pieces. Under standard policies, unedited raw files are not shared unless requested as a paid package add-on.

Guidelines & Terms

  • 50% advance deposit is required to secure any booking calendar slot.
  • All travel & location expenses must be explicitly covered by the client.
  • Cancellations before 24 hours incur a flat ₹200 slot cancellation charge.
  • Last-minute cancellations on the booking day are strictly non-refundable.
  • Raw unedited camera footage is not shareable under standard packages.
